Return Process

Please do not send products back without contacting our support team first.

Refund Policy

Although Dackstand.shop accepts both Returns and Refunds, all return and refund requests are subject to one mandatory verification requirement.

A clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is compulsory.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the package before opening.
  • Show the shipping label.
  • Show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product and any issue being reported.

Without a proper unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
